White dress shirt cut in half and reworked with a white crystal mesh bottom. The bottom half of the cut shirt has been turned into a skirt to wear as a matching set. 

Skirt can be worn above or below waist & has an elastic waistband.

Wear as a matching set or wear as 2 separate pieces. 

Shirt fits up to XXL PTP:27"  HPS: 28"

Skirt fits up to XL 31" elastic
